My Deviant buddy ~ART-havoc was the inspiration for this tribute painting, in memory of the late Brazilian, and three time Formula-One World Champion Ayrton Senna, who died tragically and suddenly, in a track related crash in 1994 at Imola during the San Marino Grand Prix.
Here's the amazing work that ~ART-havoc did that gave me some much needed inspiration at a time when I really needed it.
I might mention also that ~ART-havoc is also from Brazil. Many thanks and much respect Sir.

...."...he was/is a hero of the world to me....and it is still hard to keep from being sad about his death. I was watching the race that day. Some of the footage was never shown again, since at the time, everyone assumed he would be ok.......so they kept a camera on his car for quite a while......and that's all I'm gonna say about that. But I feel he would NOT want us to be sad. He walked head first into the world of F-1, and he himself refused to have ANY regrets. And who could regret following your own personal passion?....I believe that passion IS passion when you feel you could die happy doing it. That's what Ayrton taught me that day at Imola.
